I worked all weekend and was up all night Sunday night working on some video. I uncharacteristically slept-in today, usually Monday is my busiest day of the week, catching-up weekend order shipping. It’s been raining all day and I don’t feel like dashing between here and my shop soaking-up unknown Becquerel-levels of various crap from Fukushima. So I relaxed, goofed-off and sat around feeling guilty.

Most (all) of my customers are spoiled by my very fast shipping, they come to expect it and that’s just fine with me because that’s the level of service I insist on providing. My terms, it you check my Policies, are I ship within ten working days of being paid. My shipping speed makes that pale in reality.

I recently had a customer complain about how long it’s taking them to receive goods from another vendor. I found-out the vendor takes one to two months or more to deliver an order. I’ve heard such reports on other vendors. My work-ethic (White upper-middle-class Presbyterian kid from Cincinnati) won’t allow me to be casual at all, concerning fulfilling my obligations to my customers. I’m wired this way. I feel guilty for slagging-off today. I know I shouldn’t, after working all weekend, but I do.

I know it’s corny, but I don’t just appreciate my customers and friends, I love you all so very much, I can’t find the best words……..What else even matters?
