The Lost Weekend...,
Labor Day weekend for was me hunched-over a computer crunching video for hours on-end, the stuff I shot Saturday night. I didn't get a DVD complete until late Tuesday. This morning I realized I've been back since Friday night and all I did for CTBusters order's was fix a broken SP, chop the bottoms off-of a bunch of plastic cups to hold the snowcone-molds and twist some Kat Coils for TB's.
So, today I hit it hard and got a CB started, four HHG's and a load of TB's. Oh, I also got a Powerwand well underway. I'll be caught-up this weekened, maybe a couple things will ship Monday. Unless I get more orders. (hint) August's slowness has made life too easy and the coffers' low.
I paid one of Wood's race-team guys to srtip my speedwaybike down to it's various elements. The three frame-sections go into the shop tomorrow for straightening. It'll cost a couple hundred bucks and I need a new throttle too.
I got my motor back from Krystal Cramer (helping her get her engine rebuilt). I promised Tuff McBride, months ago, he could ride my bike here in September. He's from back in New York. So, I'm maintaining a promise.
Ya know, a promise becomes a lie when it's not fulfilled.
Tuff's been doing real well back east, like third in points and he's a retread; he retired years ago (not young!) and came back to riding a year ago or so. His younger brother rides too and is also a top guy back there.
Yeah I know, so what.
The "election" gets better everyday.
Yay!
I'm glad the HAARP attacks failed and New Orleans didn't get the drubbing WTTN reported, since the Repuglican Convention was cancelled for rain. Made for more time for booze, hookers and who knows what else, by the Soddomites at the convention.
I watched the RNC for a few minutes. I didn't know you can get that many white people in one room. The "Hockey-Mom-With-Pregnant-Unmarried-Daughter-And-Husband-That-Works-For-British-Petroleum" was a hoot.
You can't write this stuff.
Well, er, you can because SOMEBODY DID!
Hey Karl, you hearing me?
Oh, for a second there I almost got caught-up in the silly, fake-drama-election.
All Crap All The Time.
Stay home on "election" day and save gas.
After watching my own 46-minute DVD umpty-zillion times (and still missing errors) all TV looks like crap to me right now. Eh....
OK, I gotta hit the rack and get-up early and drive to Garden Grove with my bike frame. Then haul butt back here and do orgonite all day.
Actually, I love my life, just wish I had someone to share it with. :O)
Everyone have a great day!
Cheers,
Andy
