Merry December! (Already!)

Rather than waiting to see if Don gets the sample DVD's I sent, I'm going to just go for it. I feel a sense of urgency to get this material out there. I don't know why.

I made my final edits tonight and started rendering the video (so it can be made into DVD's) which I am doing now. Looks like another all nighter. I'm going to make eight copies before I go to bed. It takes about two hours to render then it takes about twenty minutes to burn a DVD, then I burn the label on the top-side with my new gizmo, called Lightscribe.

Monday (later today) I'll send the cover photo to Zoe to put on my website in the shopping cart so you can buy them. I'm going to offer it in Blu-ray high-definition, also, considerably higher in price;the bare discs cost $15 each!

I think the DVD will be $20 and the Blu-ray $35.
If you have a large flat panel TV I highly reccomend the Blu-ray, it has twice the definition of a DVD. Of course you need a Blu-ray player and they are still around $300. I'm sure they will come down soon, with all TV going digital, meaning in a year or so everyone will have an HD TV. By-the-way, if you have a late-model Playstation game machine, it plays all Blu-ray discs, not just their games. So, you can get a Playstation game for about $400, along with an excellent game platform, you also get a Blu-ray player.

Have a great week!

Cheers,

Andy
